The Millennium Hall comprises a large hall (pictured above) and two adjoining rooms, the Evelyn Lait and Mary Richardson rooms, which can be linked to the hall or used separately by means of folding panel doors. The photovoltaic solar panels, on the roof supply electricity to hall and the grid. The main hall measures about 11m by 14m and can seat around 100.
There are store rooms opening off both sides of the hall, which are used for storing chairs, table and other equipment. There is a well equipped kitchen,
The kitchen and Lait room are connected by means of a large shuttered serving hatch.
The hall, committee rooms, kitchen and toilets have doors in to a crush area leading from the entrance lobby. There is also baby changing facilities, an accessible toilet and a loop system for those with a hearing aid.
The cost of hiring* the Millennium Hall, its rooms and kitchen is as follows.

For all our hires we have a minimum booking of 3 hours, all bookings need to include set up and pack away time.
Minimum deposits are £50 (3 hours) or £100 (4 hours) £200 (5 hours and above) this secures your date/time.
Caretaker fee £15/£25. Late evening fee is P.O.A
However, if management feel that attendance is needed for the duration of the hire, this will be notified at the provisional booking stage and will be charged at £13.85 per hour.
