St Mary's Parish Centre
St Mary's Parish Centre comprises two separate buildings located next to the church, the Millennium Hall and Centenary Hall, which are both available for hire as detailed below.

Millennium Hall
Millennium Hall
The Millennium Hall comprises a large hall (pictured above) and two adjoining committee rooms, the Evelyn Lait and Mary Richardson rooms, which can be linked to the hall or used separately by means of folding panel doors. The hall measures about 11m by 14m and can seat around 100.
There are store rooms opening off both sides of the hall, which are used for storing chairs, table and other equipment.
The kitchen and Lait room are connected by means of a large shuttered serving hatch.
The hall, committee rooms, kitchen and toilets have doors in to a crush area leading from the entrance lobby. There is disabled access and a loop system for those with a hearing aid.
The cost of hiring* the Millennium Hall, its rooms and kitchen is as follows.

Centenary Hall

Centenary Hall
The Centenary Hall comprises a hall and kitchen with a serving hatch in to the hall. The hall measures about 12m by 6m and can seat about 40.
The hall, kitchen and toilets are accessed from the entrance lobby. There is disabled access and a loop system for those with a hearing aid.
The cost of hiring* the Centenary Hall and kitchen is as follows.

£10 will be added to each booking to contribute to staff costs. If it is felt that attendance is needed for the duration of the hire, then £10 per hour will be added

How to Book and Hire the Halls
Please follow the steps below to ensure trouble free booking and hire:

For availability of the halls, submit an enquiry on the contact form below or click here to email the Booking Manager >

Fill in the details on the form and print it

Send the signed form to the address on the form with the deposit cheque
Once we have received your provisional booking requirements:

We will send you an acknowledgement of the booking and deposit

You will be informed of the charge for staff costs - £10 or £10 per hour, as applicable
- Please then send us the full fee by the date specified
- On completion of the hire, the deposit cheque will be destroyed (assuming the terms and conditions have been adhered to)
